I need a cooling sofware for my cpu!

After disableing ACPI, my cpu idle temp. is at 45-46C under Win2k. I need a program that can cool my T-bird. I know CpuIdle doesn't work for me.
Strangely, the temp only goes up to 48C after serveral hours playing CS.
 
RAIN 2.0 works great with a Celeron or Pentium III but I heard they do nothing for a Duron or T-Bird, so maybe try Waterfall.
