I need a better sync system

I use Syncback and Synctoy, but I'm looking for one where I can tick a box of directories and files I want copied to a backup drive, and have it save that same list of selections for the next time.

I could do with Robocopy and a batch file, naming each one I want copied, but is there an easier (graphical) way?

I use a combination of Crashplan and Dropbox. On my work computers, Crashplan backups up the directories I tell it to right to my Dropbox folder which Dropbox, in turn, uploads to the Dropbox cloud.

At my house, I use Crashplan to backup my HTPC DVD/Bluray movie hard drive right to a 2TB external hard drive. No Dropbox involved here.

This almost perfect, but Crashplan doesn't see my drive W:, which is an internet based drive.

They seem to disable that so we buy their backup space.

I want to be able to select and deselect directories one by one, so Create Synchronicity seems to be the winner here. I don't think it allows me to select individual files in the root of my selection, which is shame, but otherwise quite nice.

If any of these others do that, please mention it.
Thanks for the great suggestions.

Accordig to their website, the reason is that Crashplan runs as a service. Windows maps networks drives at login, which means you have to use a workaround to use Crasahplan with mapped drives in Windows.
Supposedly, they will find a way around this soon.

Puresync is pretty good and free for home use. It sounds like exactly what the OP is looking for.
