Like the title says I need to get another gig. Should I spend $140 for the other 2 VX sticks and run them at 2t, or should I get some other decent 1 GB sticks for around $210?

well in order to get ddr500 2x1gig your going to spend 330+. i would reccomend selling the vx you already have and getting the highest speed 2x1gig. either the ocz, ballistic, or mushin ddr500.

I just bought 2GB of Patriot LL ram. The newer sticks are doing pretty well and I've gotten mine memtest stable at 255MHz 2.5-3-3-8. I think I only paid like $226 for it too.
