So I haven't been around the DC forum for probably about a year. I'm beginning to think I need to get back in to it. Did anyone notice I was gone?

BTW, what would be a good one to really put the computer under stress. I'm building a computer for a guy and I want to make sure it's not going to crash with the current cooling.

I remember you well as LyNx01 and vaugely remember a deerslayer roaming around these forums, but then again I have been keeping pretty much to myself Lately. DC is not near as active as it used to be. so having you back hopefully will help things.

I've not been following the forums terribly closely for the past while, and I tend to pay attention only to what's going on in F@H, so I may have not noticed you leave (last thing I remember was you getting busy with college or something). 😱

However, I sure remember who you are, regardless. How could I forget the notorious bambi-killer! 😉

Oh, and yes, F@H makes a great system tester... why not keep running it indefinitely on a spare machine (or two)? Just remember to enter team number 198 in the config. 😎

As far as doing a crash test.....Seti (Classic)Now has been accepted as a testing program.

Tom's hardware has been using it as a bench mark test.


Oh................................I been watching a couple of 6 points.

One looks about 180 and the other around 165. 🙂

You used to have a different avatar icon. Anyway, haven't been around much myself, less time to play about with DC projects, etc.
 
I've been pretty busy with work, women,class, and drinking beer. Occasionally I get a little sleep.

Don't really browse the forums much unless I am at work, which is exactly where I am now. Should see me showing up in stats somewhere soon.

I pretty much mirror Fingers. I remember both names but I haven't been hanging around DC as much as I used to either.
