2002 was THE year. I can't even begin to describe how much time I spent I spent on here and how many close relationships I developed with other people on here.

It's hard to come back now, I barely recognize any names any more (and most of the people who I would remember have since changed their names). I used to have a lot more free time, and lot less of a life than I have now too.


Either way - I at least have started to check in and lurk again regularly...

Me too.. I still love this place, but it isn't the same as it was back when I first joined.. and it's not because of some "things were better back in the day" nostalgia kick. There were a lot more threads, and a ton more diverse content in posts. I blame the splitting up of the forums, and social media myself.
