I've seen a couple of interviews (hard not to when she's been around for decades) and she comes across as a nice person.

I'm not really a country music fan, but she did a great cover of Collective Soul's "Shine", as bluegrass acoustic with the Nickel Creek hobbits as part of her band. Great stuff.
