I make over $100k/yr; credit cards are BS

If true, I still don't know how you managed to land a 100k job with your attitude. But that aside, getting credit is ridiculously easy. All the times I've needed it, I just had to ask, and got it. "Can I get another couple extra grand of credit limit?" "Sure...... done. You now have 7k limit on your credit card, thank you for choosing [card company]".

I don't tend to keep credit on my credit card though, it's just nice to have a decent limit and knowing it's there. Same with credit line. Mine is only 10k right now but I can almost guarantee if I call my bank they'll bump it to 20k. I did call recently to see if they could lower the interest and they did. Sometimes you simply have to ask.

$300 buys a shitload of Fruit Loops.

That picture just will not die.

TridenT still has not worked a year yet I think, so we'll see if he even gets that far before he's looking again.

FTW always means "For the Win," unless you are some millenial prick that believes they are entitled to redefine the well-hewn acronyms coined by us superior gen-Xers.
It meant "Fuck the World" until the rise of the internet, took me a while to adjust.

I had a $29k card well before I hit the $100k/yr mark. Always just did them for promotional reasons, still haven't been charged a cent in CC interest in the 15yrs I've used them.

Hey Trident, you bone head. Just because you finally got a job does not mean you INSTANTLY qualify for credit. You've been unemployed the majority of your life it seems. they average your last 5 years salary when determining max debt load, and yours is $300, lol.
