I made some nachos today. They were originally intended to be celebratory nachos for the Eagles game, but as it turns out they wound up being consolation nachos. Here's what I used:
- 1.3lbs ground beef
- Herr's tortilla chips
- Pepper Trading Co. 2 Olive Roasted Garlic salsa
- Kraft Mexican shredded cheese blend
- Breakstone sour cream
I cooked the meat, then put it over the chips and added cheese. I baked it for about 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Surprisingly enough, they turned out really good.
My nachos (and this thread) are LilPima approved.
Note: The nachos were discussed in the IRC channel. You should definitely check out the thread and join up and chat. Good times!
