Very nice job! I have recently got into woodworking myself and know what's involved to make something like this. The finish turned out very nice as well (I hate sanding b/t coats!) Great job, bud!

I really like this case. I wished I had the time/skills to do this.

Only thing that I would work on/change is the part where the cards are. Thats it.

You should get some fake wood grain coverings for the CD and floppy drive faceplates. Maybe some woodgrain stickers or even a carefully applied wood stain on them would look nice. Other than that, nice job!

The case looks a bit like the cloaking technology from Star-Treck; the computer floated through a cabinet and got stuck (uncloacked) half-way, thus, showing only the cd and floppy drive :).

I like it for the mist part. I agree that the drives should be hidden and some work on how the slots in the back look.

Beauty! I like it. Definitely classy, not ghetto!

If you ever feel like refining your design some more (especially if you want to consider selling them), you might consider using a removable motherboard tray. That would take care of the gaping hole for the card slots, and would probably make mounting the ATX backplane easier.

I don't know much about motherboard trays, who makes them, or if they're available separately from the case, but you might as well look into it.
