Stand mixers are not exactly expensive these days and you can buy a batter dispenser, albeit manual. Just need to learn how long to dispense for the right size.

My biggest issue is frying... Need better exhaust and range to do proper cooking.

My 6qt KitchenAid sits under the sink. Bought it in 2006, but I don't think I have used it more than 20 times.

These were a pretty simple fry. Two or three cups of oil, medium sized pan, thermometer for the oil.
Nothing splashed or bubbles pretty easy cleanup.

I have a smoothtop, not enough BTU.

Not it has to do with how it delivers heat, it is one of those that turns on and off the coil, not a constant current. Annoying.

We have a bourbon infused maple syrup too. Not sure if it is from the same manufacturer
