How long have you been lurking?
BTW your site is fabulous, easy to follow recipe and minimal BS leading to the recipe. Good work.
Thank you!

I've been following anandtech since 2001 so for quite some time!

Thank you very much for your feedback!! We've been online since 2014. It all started by trying to get my mums recipes written up so we can start making them ever since moving away from home! And it slowly became a hobby for me and my sister :)

Pretty cool however I don't see many homes with industrial mixers and automatic sizing droppers.

Stand mixers are not exactly expensive these days and you can buy a batter dispenser, albeit manual. Just need to learn how long to dispense for the right size.

Example, not recommendation

My biggest issue is frying... Need better exhaust and range to do proper cooking.

My 6qt KitchenAid sits under the sink. Bought it in 2006, but I don't think I have used it more than 20 times.

These were a pretty simple fry. Two or three cups of oil, medium sized pan, thermometer for the oil.
Nothing splashed or bubbles pretty easy cleanup.

Wood fired?

Get out of town!

I haven't had that since some friends tapped their own trees years ago.

Thanks for posting, I'm off to find some.

We have a bourbon infused maple syrup too. Not sure if it is from the same manufacturer
