I made Japanese curry for dinner last night

and I have left over that I could eat for breakfast this morning!

it's so easy you could do this at home.

first, add a cup of rice and 1 1/2 cup of water to a pot, bring to boil and then cover completely, lower the heat as much as possible. after 15 minutes the rice will be cooked.

dice up potatoes, carrots, onions, and meat of your choice. ( I only have dried bean curd in the fridge last night). cook in water, shimmer too until potatoes are done. add Japanese curry cube. wait five minutes. scoop to top of rice on plate. yummy in my tummy!
