I was just thinking: this board is so awesome. we have such a great deal of diversity, both in ideas and race. and most of us are intelligent, each one being very opinionated and is able to support his/her opinions. sure, we have a lot of quarrels and bickering, but we can be very supportive of each other in desperate times. you guys are like my huge cyber-family.

these forums certainly are a great place.....first of all, it's not ALL computer geeks here, which makes quite a big difference. Most other boards are a collection of lots of people who all have the same interest, which is [insert theme of website here]. this place is different, has a lot of nice and diverse people, so it's great

I definately love the variety in anandtech. It's not like a horse pen, where there's only horses, hay, and what's left of digested hay. It's more like a pig pen, where there are pigs, hay, mud, dirt, feces, and the makup of the feces, and the things that eat the feces, etc, etc...
