I just had this guy on my phone and we was just your average joe....couldn't get on the internet.

At the end of the call, i started to get really bored and i started using my buddy's name in random conversation. My buddy's name is Ron. And the conversation ensued....

Me: Now...you see the shortcut i just put Ron the desktop?
Him: Yea....so I should use this from now on?
Me: Yes, That shortcut will get you Ron the internet from now Ron.
Him: Great and i see my connection is working again too, thank you so much for your help.
Me: No problem, i'm glad I could get your connection Ron today. Is ther anything else i can Ron you with before we finish here?
Him: Nope, that about does it.
*with holding massive amounts of laughter*
Me: Well, once again my name is Mike and thanks for Ron Bellsouth. Have a Ron day.
Him: take care.
Me: Ron.


LOL....i laughed for a good 5 minutes.....either he didn't want to respond at all or he really didn't hear me. I'm so tired... ::cries::😀

I was dared to answer the phone at work and say my name was Dumb. I did and got $5 for it. Lucky it was a call from another one of our centers because I started craking up when he thought I said my name was Dom.
 
lol....oh the memories.

I'm not gonna miss this job when i'm done. Any job openings near you? Where do you think I should go from here? Standup comedy? 😀
 
Part #2....actual notes follow... (CU stands for Customer)

Problem: Cu wanted to learn how to use the internet.

T/S Steps: *grabbed the nearest penciled and shoved it in my eye* Explained to CU that we really don't give tutorials and that we are here for technical support. Explained that I would try to answer her questions as best as possible. Tried to walk CU thorugh getting on the internet, although she didn't know what a mouse was. *pokes out other eye* Tried to walk CU through step and eventually asked if there was anyone that could physically walk her through the procedure. Eventually CU got frustrated and we ended call.

Someone please end it all!!
