Put my hand right into a nest of about 1,000 baby spiders. At first I thought it was fertilizer until they started climbing all over my arm. This video only showed about a quarter of the nest.

Off to take my 3rd shower.

gross.

I saw my first spider of the season last night on my bedroom ceiling. promptly killed it.

I won't go after spiders outside, but my rule is that if it's inside it's dead.

Yes, that is my video. That is the actual web/nest I put my hand in. It was right on the fence lock. I'm still itching.

It was really cool. When I would blow on the web they would scatter/fall off and then scurry back to the web and just sit there.

No way in shit I am going to stand around and film that. I was screaming like a little girl and rolling around in the grass trying to get them off. I hate spiders.

My car is parked about 3 feet from the side of my apartment. Once it gets warmer, the orb weavers select this as a choice spot for web-building. Nothing quite like being in a hurry in the morning and walking right into a huge web, complete with a large, very-annoyed spider sitting in the middle of it.
They also enjoy placing a web directly inside of my mailbox.

And just yesterday, one dropped down from the ceiling, right onto my ear.
When I get a house, I believe I shall have it hermetically sealed.
