Lots of people are saying NewEgg isn't as great as it used to be.
But I beg them to differ. Last time I ordered a Lite-On CDRW, the Nero Express CD came scratched (unreadable). So I called them, waited 10 seconds to wait for an operator, and she shipped me a new cd 2day air free of charge.
4 days ago, I ordered many parts for my new computer. Turns out the floppy was broken and my Side Window Panel of my Antec Super LanBoy is concavely bent. No questions asked, they shipped out the new parts for me, again 2 day air.
(I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE TROUBLE OF SHIPPING IT BACK TO THEM, EVEN THOUGH IT IS USELESS TO ME, THEY TOLD ME TO KEEP IT)
This just made my day and IMHO, NewEgg is worth every penny (even if it is a tad bit more expensive than other retailers.)
