^^ My parents used to buy it for me when I was a kid once in a while. It's pretty damned good for apple juice. Now that I'm older, I've discovered you can make some pretty wicked panty-dropper mixed drinks with it.

I love this stuff. Used to get it every holiday season when I was a kid, and I still do. The grape version isn't bad, either.

I like the idea of Martinelli's but don't much like the actual stuff.

Specifically, I like the idea of a non-alcoholic, sparkling champagne-type drink, because you can always find alcohol if that's what you want but there is a place for a festive and celebratory quaff presented in a long-neck bottle with a cork (which it should be presented with, iirc it disappointingly has a metal bottle cap) that also doesn't have alcohol in it, but . . .

Matinelli's is simply too cloyingly sweet for me. If it were sparkling and dry like a decent low-cost champagne I'd stock some.

You know what pisses me off? When people buy that Welch's shit and try to pass it off as the same thing. "It's sparkling apple juice, it's the same thing" they say and they are wrong.
