They're probably as good as any other earbud type headphones. Mine sound great.

Do the Marshmallows sound tinny? What about the rubber ear piece. Does it slip out of the ear when your ear gets greasy?

Tinny? No. And if you clean your ears, they should stay in pretty good.

For stock headphones, Apple headphones are one of the better ones out there.

Spell mistake, and QFT. Creative's earbud's are crap, and iRiver uses Sennheiser's lower end earbuds.

Direct connection to subwoofer and component speaker amplifiers in car = Kickass.

So, you carry that thing around on your shoulder then?

Your post suggests that you have bought many an ipod? How many do you need? The first thing I do is....

I bought one with the extended plan. 11 months later it broke, but have no worries the plan covered it and I got a new one the next day! Go me!

i have a pair i still use and like them well enough, considering the price. i bought them when i got a Sansa a couple of years ago. The earbuds that came with that thing are godawful and i refused to listen to it until i bought something else.

The ones that came with my zen nano arent as bad as the Sansas, but i still prefer the mx500s.
