I'm watching Star Wars ep. II on Fox HDTV right now. WOW, it looks so amazing, my eyes are unworthy for such beauty!!! Amidala looks so damned hot, they really ulgied her up in ep.III. ANd the her chrome ship looked particularly shiny. Anyway, I can't wait until the day when pertty much everything is shown in HDTV, I know, it'll take years. Discovery HD is nice, but I can't wait until other cable channels start switching over.
 
My provider compressed the stream so much it looks like ass compared to the DVD 🙁

/kicks Time Warner in the nuts
 
I'm still debating whether it's worth it to pay for HD when I'm only home 6 months out of the year and would only use it w/ a projector.

I wanted to do that, but I had to stop recording so my sister could watch desperate Housewives. Damned 1 tuner DVR :|

<-- loves HDTV because it pushes the standard 4:3 TV prices down. I still like my 27" Panasonic...wouldn't want any other TV right now.

When they showed the first Amidala pregnant scene some guys behind us went EWWW really loud...the whole theater laughed at that
 
just got a brand new widescreen hdtv today. hooked up an antenna and i'm pulling in all the major networks in HD. episode II as well as some other shows looked great!
