I was going like 65, some i love you suddenly swings in my lane....
i try to get out of his way, lose control and my car starts spinning....
i spun like 3 or 4 times on I-82 in washington/oregon ....the guardrail came closer and closer and I was waiting for my car to crash....
well, i came to a stop like 10 or 20 inches before the guardrail, no one rearended me
well i hope that never happens again

something in learnt in life..

if some idiot is coming into your lane.. its not worth losing it .. let them hit you.. otherwise brake..but if they hit you atleast you got something to do with..

Its not worth avoiding someone to save the car.. I mean the last time avoided a drunk from hitting me I ended up with a bend front suspension arm.

Holy crap! You really must've swerved! 65mph swerve would usually be pretty stable in one of those cars.. I'm surprised that you lost control at 65mph...

yea i had that happen before on my bday =( it was scary some guy cut us off,, and we were on a bridge and from the far right lane we fished tailed and went perpendicular to the other side of the bridge and thank god the bridge held us up...

I lost control of my dad's truck once. That sucked. All you can do is counter steer and pray you don't hit something. Glad to know there was no damage and you're okay.

Reminds me of my less than pleasant run about 10 years ago. I was travelling down the highway and just before this downhill on the highway the truck in front of me slams on his brakes. I quickly found out there was ice under the snow. I was in this little crappy Honda Civic hatchback (the car needed more mechanical work than was probably paid for it new) and my choices were rear end the truck which mean his bumper would have gone through my windshield and taken off my head or hit the parking brake and try my luck.
Somehow in spinning I missed the truck and kept spinning around going down the hill missing all the crashed cars and emergency vehicles. I came to a stop at the bottom of the hill, car unscathed. That was true to god luck, if there is such a thing.
