I listened to my first set of expensive headphones yesterday

Previoulsy all I have ever heard is cheapy ear buds that come with mp3 players/ cd players etc. But CC had a Bose setup with a pair of their headphones..very nice! Now I know Bose is overpriced etc, so I am wondering what headphones would be comparable for cheaper? I think these were 189 or 159.

These were can-style headphones (like so)? I'm assuming that because you tried them. I like those so much better than earbuds.
