I like using the live chat better than talking on the phone

i did live chat with a dell rep a few weeks ago, and the guy was using tons of smiley all over the place. threw me off at first

I gave the guy a hard time about having to work on Christmas Eve :evil:

I just found out that my neighbor has Charter and was trying to order it but their system can't find my address. I would love to dump this slow assed expensive DSL and get some 16meg goodness!!!!

Charter CS sucks.....hard. Bellsouth DSL is much better and reliable, charter goes out a lot, etc. CS is terrible terrible
