i like salmon. white perch is also good. bass is also good. it all depends on how you make it. i don't like trout but that may simply be cause i haven't tasted it done correctly.

Ever had salmon that you smoked yourself -- wife has this smoker that actually goes on the burners inside the house. Few wood flakes in it and cook...Got it at amazon. Simply amazing taste!
