I generally hate her type of music (a lot), but I'll admit while I wouldn't want to listen to that song over and over again, it actually isn't bad.

People who have the predominantly "accepted" great voice are very rarely interesting to me. I like voices that a lot of people would consider to be "bad" voices. Like kurt Kobain. Something with personality. Not just trying to sound the best, be original. Never has there been a singer on this ghey a$$ show who has interested me in the slightest.

Maybe if she went out and got a decent producer like Madonna did with William Orbit or like Brittney Spears did with "Slave 4 U" then I would like it. Its more about the music for me, a good voice and cheasy, typical production doesn't do it for me. No matter how good the voice is, the beat makes the track.

looks like I'll go back to listening.

Anyone with me?

I like the song, but I like watching the video more. She's hot in it IMO.

I was talking about this the other night w/ a group of friends and we all agreed we like the song, but will never brag about it in public.

Heh...when I went to "preview" this song all I was getting was recordings off some radio station. Those are all titled "Since You've Been Gone". According to Amazon, the actual title is "Since U Been Gone".

I like that song. She probably isn't likely to get caught lip-synching either. She's a "real" pop singer.
