If anyone saw Good Morning America a couple of days ago, some guy from a magazine came on there and revealed to the public what "it" is. "It" is actually a hydro-powered scooter that doesn't tip over. You use both your legs to ride on it, and it's supposed to hold your weight.

D'oh sorry 🙁 It was hard finding a thread relating to this, you know, searching for "it", hehe, comes up with a boatload of results. Anyway, maybe we can discuss if we hated it or loved it, or whatever...
