That's icky. It means you need a webserver running on the machine, which can be a nightmare.

I had the same question a while back and here's my suggestion:

If you have your own webhost
- Do what everyone suggests above
- Read online manuals and tutorials
- Join development forums and see what's going on
- Download some free scripts and get a feel for how it works

If you *Don't* have your own webhost
- Download PHPTriad (Look for phptriadsetup2-11.exe), Install after download
- Start-up Apache and MySQL from the link in it's program folder
- Do as in above

If anyone needs help with the PHPTriad solution just PM me and i'll help you out as much as i can.

Additionally, courtesy of fellow AT'ers in the FS/FT area, i managed to get and find quite a bit of e-books on the subject of PHP and MySQL. I'm willing to share these .pdf's if anyone's interested in hosting them. (My account is maxed out, can't have anything for download for a while)

How much website space/bandwidth per month do you think you'd need to host those files?

Not sure, there's only 20 files totalling 5.65 MB but i'm not sure how many people would be downloading these. Though i could host these myself, i'm reserving all available bandwidth for NissanX. Traffic has been up quite a bit lately, last month alone i went 2.5GB beyond my allocation.

Phpmyadmin is nice, I had it at the last commercial hosting for my site. I currently use mysqlfront. Pretty handy also.

rootaxs - I can also host all, do you have any spare domain names you're not doing anything with?
