Go to http://www.netinternals.com, click on 'Products', and then on 'Bandwidth Shaper'.

no, that was the program that I originaly needed, works great

bandwith shaper is the one most people need, and as far as I know this is the only program that does that

bandwith shaper is the one most people need, and as far as I know this is the only program that does that

For Windows 2000 and XP you could in principle do a lot with svchost too concerning limiting bandwidth, too bad though the documentation on that functionality consists of 'It is possible'.

just use FlashGet and limit the bandwidth to whateer you want. Works great.
