Got a 7800GT now and have it at 470/1120. Been reading about this 27 MHz step crap for the ROP pipelines but can't make sense of the half assed explanations I've been able to find. Can someone explain it in more detail for me?

If your card is new sometimes it's bios is already flashed so that the ROP thing isn't there any more. You can check somewere, but I forgot were.

Cool that's what I was looking for. Now at 473/1120

It's an eVGA N518-AX if that helps.
