I keep getting a Blue screen with an error. please help..

when i'm playing Starcraft and minimize the screen to check my aim messages.. sometimes i get this blue error screen saying that there is an error with ati2dvaa.dll

I have no idea what that means.. any help would be greatly appreciated...
