OMG! You know what your odds were to have that happen? Not 1:2, I can promise you that 😉

On $5 tickets the odds are usually 1:3.15 or so on winning _something_. To win $100 AND $250 is amazing.

Not sure about Illinois, but in Minnesota you need to cash any ticket worth more than $100 at the main lottery office. Anything under $100 can be cashed at any place that sells lottery tickets.

in illinois anything 600 or more in terms of lotto needs to be taken in. in casino's, it's 1199 or more. anything less is TAX FREEEEE
