I just went to the supermarket and bought mostly healthy food!

i typically, during the week, i mainly only really eat sandwiches. my diet during the week is as follows:

Eat protein shake in the morning.
Eat Turkey sandwich at noon.
Eat Ham sandwich at around 3:30 or so.
Either: a. Go home and eat a bowl of cereal if I'm going to workout, or B. have another protein shake when i'm home from work.
Either: a. Protein shakd + dinner (if I worked out), or B. Dinner
Have one last protein shake before I go to sleep.

I also snack on fruits when I'm home after work if I'm starting to get hungry, usually either grapes, cherries, or sometimes watermelon.

You must have some smelly poo
