Well I went to the supermarket and bought all food that's good for overall health: Soy Milk, Veggies, Fruit, Skim Milk, Yougart, Lean Meats, etc...
I skipped the bad food: Cakes, Dodo's, TV dinners, etc...
Even the Walnuts that I'm eating now have Omega 3 in them and they taste good!
I think it's time for my protein drink and multivitamin! And then after that I'm waxing my arm hairs and I'm going to enjoy a nice relaxing facial! I just bought the new Men's Health mag as well.
