I just watched "Basic" and....

Can someone explain the movie what the Hell happened at the end? I am so freaking confused.
I must have missed something are they all good guys or bad guys?

lol - The group at the end is a top secret, internal-affairs kind of group. They set up the other people in the group trying to weed out who was selling the drugs. It's like a military version of a police sting.

My biggest problem with this movie is that Jackson had been doing this for 10+ years without the base commander every catching on. That's a little strange if you ask me. I guess they needed a lot of time to work it all out. Anyway, they knew the only want to bring the base commander and the son of a general down was to use them to get each other. I had to watch the movie a ton of times to finally figure it out.
