Customer called the tech a "stupid fvcker" before I talked to him. By the time I got on the phone he was demanding names & contact addresses for a formal PUC & FCC complaints, which of course I didn't have. He basically talked circles around me with legal BS, left me speechless, demanded things I couldn't provide (but he claimed by law I HAD to), claimed to have contacts way the fvck up Qwest, yet he still needed this info from me, claimed to occasionally dine with the president of Qwest, & wanted names & ID numbers of me, & all my supervisors, & had the audacity to tell me I was out of place by telling him that DSL is not regulated (it isn't).
