i recently came bac to college - cornell -> ithaca, ny
it just keeps snowing

Yep. Actually were getting a mixture of rain and snow. Suspossedly it's going to be all snow tonight so I don't think we are out of the woods yet.

The condos replaced homes that dated back to the 1930's. They housed nothing but drug dealers and addicts who came down in the summer. They all left when the condos went up last year as they couldn't afford to buy them or they couldn't afford the $1,500 a month rent that the new owners were asking.

It's only a AMD XP 2700+ w/ geforce fx 5900 I wish I had a better setup but it will do for now.

My friend just got the same printer/scanner. Does it work well? How much was it?

I got the printer/scanner from Staples for a little less then $200 and I love it! Epson printers are reliable, print photos and text well and the scanner is great. It was a great investment especially since I'm still in college. Also, it has a slot so you can add your cf card, secure dicital and other cards as well.

i went on vacation there this past summer...had a great time relaxing :)

it is defintely pretty dead now that the winter is there, so what do you do there?

Not much. The winter sucks if you like the night life. Atlantic City is only 45 minutes away and I could always go to Philly.
