Well, I´ve lived here for 2 years now, it was ok when I first joined, everything seemed on the up and up but I do admit seeing things turn slowly down. First, the internet access here is terrible. Slow slow access speeds and high ping ratios at the critical times of the day. I have been in contact with their support about this and it doesn´t look like things are going to improve. Next, the gates. They are constantly broken though they do seem to get fixed after 1 to 3 weeks. The staff seems nice but still that doesn´t make up for the poor and dwindling infrastructure here. As for pet waste in which a previous poster noted, it´s true, they need to enforce their rules more or ban pets altogether.
One thing I´ve always been uncomfortable with is that they let you walk right in and pick up your package at their office. Well that´s fine but there´s nothing from stopping me from taking other peoples stuff since they never check what you grab. So potentially somebody could walk off with my package either by accident or on purpose. Definitely a miss there.
Parking seems ok though there have been recent break ins. As for noise, i haven´t any problems with that.
Overall, due to the poor internet service, I wouldn´t recommend this place. For the money you are paying, you should pick a place on the up and up with fast service. email me for more info.
