I DVR everything and FF through the commercials. As commercials make up almost a third of most programming you save a shitload of time.

Ah, I don't watch TV regularly, so once in awhile I'll pop it on and watch Cartoon Network, or NatGeo/Discovery Channel or the like. I tune out and do something else when commercials come on.
