if it was me, i'd try the oj. It's got enough preservatives, that it's probably okay for it to warm up slowly over the past 4 days. I could be offbase, but I'd stick them back in, wait for them to chill, open one up and try it, but I'm still in poor college student mindset too
A good way to tell if food is bad is by smelling it. If the climate is warm right now where you live, or if you have had the heat on, I imagine the OJ smells slightly fermented. The Sprite will be just fine.
How did you manage to leave your fridge turned off for 4 days? Didn't you notice the stuff wasn't as chilled as it should be?

Never assume that food has to smell bad to actually be bad. If that were the case nobody would ever get food poisoning. Just chuck it. The extra few bucks isn't going to kill you.
I hate to see Tropicana OJ go to waste - but you should probby chuck it. Tropicana hardly uses any preservatives in order to keep it as healthy as possible.
That OJ is death in a carton...unless you like to open your mornings with a big glass of ebola or some other virus, trash that thing, and don't look back. Is the sprite unopened? It might be flat now if it was opened, but it won't kill ya...
