I'll make sure that you are getting a G0. Call them again and ask them if it's B3 or G0, and they'll be like, "What sir? What is B tree and G zero steps? All I know is that we are getting more of these 4 core cpus from Intel by the end of this month."

I just called and inquired about this. They are indeed accepting preorders for the G0 stepping, which they expect soon (my plan was to get it before the second week of August, and I was told it should be in stock way earlier than that).

I was actually impressed by the customer service, and when I called I didn't even get through the last syllable in "stepping" and he already knew what I was talking about.

They are the same price as shown on the website, which is currently 305.

one can only imagine how many people has been calling about the q6600.
so if they dont know, well.. they just need to pay more attention
