I just ordered a 2200XP from newegg.com, what can I expect?

Can I expect a good cpu? I'm upgrading from a 1.4 GHZ T-Bird.

What HSF is good for this chip? I'll get this chip in a few days, I can't wait. It feels as if my 1.4 is aging quite fast.

thats a pretty good oc
for 2200+ (i think they are still tbred a) you wont get much more than 1.8ish to 2.0ish

You can expect 1.73GHz, which is what it is sold to you as.


Anything over that is a bonus Seriously, though, the only way you'll know is to see for yourself, because each CPU is totally different, and will have different overclock limits.
