Lindsay at the Maxim party this week

#1 ? Maybe not, but I'd put her in the top 30. Judging by her legs, I'd say she does a pretty good fitness routine. Cut down on the drugs and easy men, get some rest, and she'd probably look 3-5 years younger in the face.

But you're right. This whole think is about Who's Who on the tabloids and E! Sure, there's are tons of chicks hotter, but they don't enter rehab every other week with 50+ paparazzi on their heels.
