I've taken dumps that weighed 1-2lbs. And probably pissed out close to the same too.

:p

Good that you're taking steps to improve yourself though (I assume that's what you're getting at).

not to rain on anyones parade, but 4lbs is jsut losing sweat. Personally though I have the opposite problem. This summer I sat on my ass all day and worekd in a cubicle so i pretty much never moved and managed to get up to 155lbs (6ft tall, so that is still pretty slim), but then I went back to college and run around alot playing frisbee and such and I cam back some the next week to get some sh|t and I had lost 15lbs! I guess if I was a woman I'd probably want to be able to lost 15lbs in a week by doing nothing, but personally I want to gain weight so i'm not a bony loser, but my body absolutely refuses to keep any fat reserves.

Same here. Slightly depressing when I weigh myself in the morning at 173lbs and in the evening at 179lbs. :(

I envy you, you don't want fat reserves, what you need to do is build muscle. Because you're skinny, building muscle will show a lot more and you'll look ripped after a while.
