12" pliers? and the snake didnt get defensive and pounce as that thing got close to it?

I ran into this snake a few days ago while walking my dog and it scared the sh|t out of me. I don't know if it was a rattlesnake or not, but it looked like it was shaking its tail at us. I can only imagine what it would be like to find one in my house.:Q

Speaking of snakes scaring people, one way to scare the pure shlt out of someone is to take one of those realistic-looking rubber snakes, and put it over the visor on the passenger side of your car, preferably right before you pick up a friend, and in the sunlight.

My brother left one in my dad's car once, and I almost shat myself when I pulled the visor down.

So to be funny, I took it, and put it over the passenger visor of my Jeep to scare my GF at the time. Problem was, I forgot about it, and a few days later, I took the top off and was cruising down the road jamming some tunes. I hit a bump (Jeeps don't ride very smooth), and out pops the snake.....I almost jumped out on the highway.
Needless to say, I didn't put it over the visor anymore.

after i got out of the ICU for a heart attack, I would beat the living sh*t out of somebody for pulling that prank on me.

I'll have pics up about 12 central time. I actually slept alright last night. Although I shut and locked the computer room door, as well as stuffing a blanket under the door. My wife saw me locking the door and said "Good idea, maybe he has evolved some thumbs to unlock it". Man card -1.

Why are people so sure this snake was a guy snake, by the way? Everyone is calling it a 'he'. It could have been a female snake, right? Or can you tell it was male by the markings?
