p100 (1.5 x 66) :Q
64mb edo simms
1.6gb conner hd (i think its less then 5.4k)
8x toshiba cd-rom
2mb vga cirrus logic pci <== oops... my bad... its actually a 1mb card. it does 640x480 in 16bit pretty good 🙂
some matsonic socket7 AT motherboard

yup... this thing sure does crawl. 😛

Here's my Win2k crap-o server, it is the proxy and storage server for my 5-node home network..

You don't need much..

WHen this was running Win98, the boot drive was a 425MB WD that still works! 😀

yeah... i'm trying to do the same thing 😀 not bad for a bunch of scrap parts i hoarded over the past year or so from the surplus pile 🙂 i was going to put nt4 on... but what the heck do i have to lose? besides time for neffing...
 
i had 2k on a 233 laptop with 128mb ram and it was decent, although it took like 2 hrs to install...

i can't imagine how slow it would be on that thing...

For a server, it's fine. I couldn't imagine using it as a primary machine, but it moves just fine for my purpose.

I like looking at the "status" for the LAN Nic, 7.6GB sent..

Server's been up for 44 days, only reason I had to take it down was what turned out to be a RR DNS problem..

 
dear lord you mus tbe nutz. i had nt4 on a p90 and it made me want to tear my hair out. slow beyond imagination. well atleast you have 2x the ram i did😛 i guess you can always take a shower or something while it boots up😛
