Uhm...that is NOT New York, New York. That is some other shitty song with a tiny bit of the actual song at the beginning.

They shouldn't even be allowed to use Sinatra's song.
 
She's seriously talented and hot. That being said I hate R&B music and something about her just bothers me. Did I mention she's hot?
 
The Element of Freedom is a decent album. I ended up buying it because I liked her singing in that exact song.

I would give the album a 7.5 out of 10.

Empire State of Mind (Part II). It's on "Element of Freedom". It feels more like a solo continuation of Jay's song, which she was featured on.
 
That song totally reminds me of the Yankees winning the World Series last year.
Still not a fan of it surpassing Frank Sinatra's "New York, New York" as the theme song though.
 
she's pretty and has a nice voice, but she really really needs help writing songs, her songs suck. she's been coasting on her image for a long time now.
