we have Riley's Roast Beef here and I am craving roast beef with cheese and BBQ sauce on a huge onion roll now.. please stop with the food talk, Captain Crunch cereal just won't cut it now 😀
I had arby's for the first time today - a #1 combo (regular roast beef, curly fries and a drink). Yuuuuummmmmmm - I'm glad my high school lets us go out for lunch...
I think i'll go to Arby's tonight for dinner, those bacon & swiss sandwiches sound pretty good.
Hopefully they have them on the Canadian menu. 🙂 *edit* I just looked at the nutritional information for those and they have a smooth 33g of fat and 110mg of cholesterol. Not to mention 5g of fat for EACH horsey sauce packet! Jeebus!
Um, most 2000 calorie diets have a daily allotted fat content of 60g. (Look at any box of food on the nutrition label) It'd be impossible to stay within the limits of any diet that has a daily allotted fat content of 33g. (That'd be 1000 calories a day - getting close to starving yourself at that rate)
