Ulu's are cool... But a pizza knife is more compact, so while more versatile, if I were just cutting pizzas, it would be more than enough for me.
 
Actually how the force is applied with a pizza cutter vs a Chinese chefs knife is different.

You can get the same effect with an ulu, but pizza cutters do it faster, thats why professional pizza places still use those cheap ass pizza cutters.

I like the Chinese chefs knife, cause you can bisect a pizza in one push for smaller pies, and 2 pushes for bigger ones. For a personal size frozen pizza, I can quarter it in seconds, without the mess you sometimes get with a wheel cutter.
