...........My GF 4 ti 4400, And i was wondering what i can do to test it. I have already tried 3d Mark 2001 and i got 8779. With the system in my sig, Stock drivers no tweaking.

What can i do to test this puppy out?


Also what is the consold command for half life {counter-strike} to show FPS?

to view the stat... on counter-strike...

type in net_graph # in the console
# = 1-4

so try
net_graph 1
net_graph 2
net_graph 3
net_graph 4

they all display basically the same info

however, you should note that counter strike has a cap on max fps.
i think it's set at 70fps.
so even though yours might do higher, you won't see the benefit.
it's an old engine...

i hear that you can unset the max_fps. but it's never worked for me.

fps_max will allow you to uncap the FPS limit. it will only stay at 72 if you have Vsync turned on or your video car is crappy

bah get that sweet card and test it out on counterstrike? pfft i say, you should try some newer games like medal of honor and morrowind when it comes out.

you can only get a max of 100fps constant in CS. If you type

timerefresh in console then you get THE MAX FPS for that perticular scene The screen spins around as fast as it can and you get a max fps for that part of the level where you are in.

Damn, that's a nice score. Oh i can't wait to upgrade my vid card now. But that's a ways off.

CS cap is at 100 FPS, with V-Sync off. I put in fps_max 200 to set the max FPS rate to 200, though it will never go that high

I use net_graph 3 to see my fps
net_graph 0 turns it off

Well Im getting 60 FPS in CS, at 1024x768x85hz With 4x AA on, using D3d. AND IT ACTAULLY MAKES CS LOOK GOOD

My rating with sysmark was like................4
