I just got some weird charges to my CC

I just checked my statement and this scumbag JOHN TRADER SA - CHIASSO has billed my CC.
A search turned up two results on ripoffreport.com.
The other victims have had bad luck getting money back.
What to do?

I have MBNA WorldPoints. I guess I should start by contacting them.

He's taken $106 so far.

Contact MBNA and get a freeze placed on your CC immediately, and write a letter to dispute the charges.

Don't panic if you did not make the charge.... it will be taken off your account.

MBNA is a bitch to deal with... sorry. The only other company I've had to dispute with was Discover and they're much easier.

No I don't. That is the problem.
This is a well known scumbag. I have been charged 3 times in 1 week.

I finally got through and MBNA has put an extra security check on the card so I can use it if I need to.
After my trip they will complete the report and cancel the card.

I think it will work out OK.
