Bummer! That sux. Unemployment is prob not an option though. I would get something P/T at a fast food joint just to stay liquid. As an Industrial Electrician I haven't been laid off in over 12 years. It's all a matter of your employability. When I was a student, I had many different jobs including fast food (sucked!) Good luck to you! Keep your chin up!

In Unions you just get "laid" off to never return again. The only union you probably wont get fired in is the various teacher unions.
