I just got engaged!

I proposed to my girlfriend tonight, and she said yes! I've never felt so happy and nervous at the same time. We haven't set a date for a wedding just yet, but we felt we were ready to move things to the next level.

Just thought I would share.

I figured a few of you might have a few witty comments like that. Yeah, between her and my new job, i've been extremely busy. I really only have time to lurk nowadays, but i'm going to try and stop by more often.

Much like mine. Somewhat takes out the surprise after she's encouraged you to go ring shopping isn't it? It's like your dad bringing you to the toy store of his own volition and helping you pick out a toy, then when you ask for it he laughs and says lets go home
